| Aldactone: Spironolactone 25mg Tabs. An effective Aldosterone inhibitor. Often used to decrease water caused by excessive estrogen . Also used as an anti-androgen by women who want to reduce androgen levels after a cycle. Short term usage is imperative as side effects are common as with any diuretics. Side effects include gynecomastia and possible impotence. Dosage depends on weight and usually averages 1 or 2 tabs per day for up to 6 days. |
